I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and have been in the field for over a decade. My experience includes depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders, addiction, relationship issues, grief, and crisis intervention. I’m passionate about empowering individuals and couples to find their path in life through the use of acceptance, self-exploration, emotional awareness, willingness, and commitment to values. By increasing self-compassion and thoughtful intent, individuals can feel more connected with their core self and fulfillment in life. Therapy is tailored to the individual, their needs, and their goals. I enjoy home improvement projects, hiking, road trips, trivia, reading in my free time, and spending time with my two teenagers, family, and friends.
