Hello! I'm so happy that you have taken the first step in living a happier life, and commend you for being willing to try therapy.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Washington state. I have been providing mental health therapy since 2016, and have worked with many presenting problems and populations.

My therapeutic style is client-centered, meaning that you are the driver of your therapy. I will listen without judgement and help you find solutions that work for your unique situation. My goal is to provide you with a safe space for you to be yourself and explore your thoughts and emotions, no matter your gender, orientation, race, or beliefs. In addition, I have some knowledge about alternative relationships including polyamory and bdsm/kink.

I am able to provide message based therapy, as well as phone or video sessions if desired. I find that video sessions can be anxiety producing at first, but the connection between us can feel stronger through video. Either way, I'm open to doing what feels most comfortable and helpful for you.
