With the stress of today’s world, are you feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, or unfulfilled? I hear you loud and clear – and I’d like to help. I enjoy helping people gain different perspectives on their thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships. Some of my passions include working with anxiety and depression, stress/burnout in the workplace, trauma throughout the lifespan, and working to create a safe place for men to be open and vulnerable in a way that is not often practiced in our society. Men can uniquely struggle with not having a space to discuss their internal and external experiences and this can impact relationships with themselves and others. If you’ve thought about taking a deeper look at yourself, I welcome the opportunity to tackle that with you using a safe and trusting relationship, along with a bit of humor along the way. I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I meet each of my clients where they are in their lives using my experience working within schools, government agencies, justice systems, and more. I work with you to explore your past, present, and future to help you meet your goals in all areas of your life, whether they be personal, romantic, professional, or any other arena. I work to create a safe and trusting space that we can dive in together and utilize techniques from different modalities to create a customized approach, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
