I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Mental Health. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working in Community-Based, School-Based, and Intensive Mental Health Services throughout Southern California. My strengths as a therapist include working with clients towards discovering what their goals are in treatment, building their capacity for growth and change, and to have less conflict and disruptions in life. I use a multitude of approaches to provide individualized, person-centered, and strength-based treatment. I have experience working with young children, teens, adults, individuals, and families. My specialty areas include stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, communication skills, coping skills, and adjustment disorders. Some modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy.
