About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed in Wisconsin, with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and 16 years working in the field of behavioral health. I have worked with clients, between the ages of 11-82, on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, self-injury, grief and more. I have also helped many people who have been impacted by trauma.

My therapy style is collaborative, warm and nonjudgmental. I believe in taking a holistic approach to wellness and considering the whole person - spiritual, physical and emotional. In addition to my professional education, I have had extra training in dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I am also a registered yoga teacher and concepts from yoga can be integrated into our work if you would like.
