Lacking encouragement and motivation? Is your life filled with doubt? Daily struggles and hardships with decisions in life can result in stress, depression and anxiety. Counseling is the gateway that aids with navigating and understanding how to reach growth and assurance. For 6 years, I’ve supported those who struggle with daily stressors, mental illness and addictions. My experience ranges from working with young teens to adults by using a variety of therapeutic techniques. With moral support being vital, I can walk with you through the process of unblocking those barriers that prevent you from growing mentally and spiritually.

Displaying a time for self reflection and an empathetic personality is my approach in counseling. I have assisted clients, both individually and in groups, with struggles ranging from anger management, substance abuse and relapse prevention, stress and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of severe mood disorders.

Offering the skills necessary to function from day to day is important. I offer life skills, anger management and daily function resources that will aid individuals with progressing through life with more of a positive mindset that leads to regaining assurance in themselves.
