I am licensed in Minnesota with over 8 years of professional work experience. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work from the University of Minnesota.
I have a special interest in working with individuals want to integrate their Christian faith and values into counseling. My clinical focus has been on helping people with many different issues, but my primary focus has been on working with people who have OCD and/or challenges with managing worry/anxiety.
My goal as a therapy provider is to walk alongside others in humility and grace. It can be difficult opening up to someone about personal challenges. I'm honored to be in a profession where I'm entrusted to provide a place where people can be open and honest. We are all on life's journey and face many challenges along the way. The focus of therapy sessions will be on your unique needs and goals.
