My ideal client is someone who has taken the initiative and identified that therapy can be helpful in their life. It all starts with the willingness to make a difference. An ideal client can struggle with everyday life stressors or even mood disorders and depression. My ideal client is willing to be challenged to change the way they view themselves and others. My ideal client is willing to take the hard work and progress they make in the session out into the real world and put it into action. I have worked with a wide variety of clients on a wide variety of issues. While I am not an expert in everything, I am willing to hear my client's stories and find the best way to help them. I believe in the value of creating connections with people and getting creative with the therapeutic approach to conversations.
