Welcome! My name is Casey, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I graduated with my Master's of Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul in 2017. I completed my clinical training in a community based mental health facility working with a diverse population. Prior to going back to complete my Master's degree, I worked at a health center providing telephonic behavioral coaching.
I have experience assisting people with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, dependent personality disorder, trauma among others. I value meeting clients where they are at and exploring their goals.
I am a strength based practitioner who prides herself on creating a safe space for clients to explore their mental health symptoms, create therapeutic goals to reduce symptoms and improve mental health impact on functioning. I value building therapeutic relationships with individuals and families. I look forward to working with you.
