My name is Casey Petterson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Denver, CO. I am a Kansas native but I have lived in Colorado with my spouse for nearly a decade. I received a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020. I have worked with a variety of clients in group practice and have experience doing career counseling in the university setting. First and foremost, I want to create space for my clients to feel heard and understood. It's tough to show up and talk to a stranger about your deepest emotions, but as the therapeutic relationship develops, so does your capacity for vulnerability. I believe that each person is an expert on themselves no one will ever know more about you than you! My job is to act as a gentle guide and resource as you navigate your story and healing journey. When appropriate, I will compassionately offer insights, challenges, and reflections to support your process.
