For the past 5 years, I've worked with individuals and couples with a wide range of presenting issues. I help my clients identify and resolve underlying issues contributing to anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, and unhealthy relationship patterns. A typical session with me will include a combination of exploratory conversation and experiential activities. I will endeavor to ensure you feel heard and accepted, while creating a space for you to grow and achieve your individual goals. As a therapist, I believe continued education is vitally important. I recently completed a year long training to become a Certified Trauma Therapist, and I'm also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. Additionally, I specialize in couples therapy, and hold a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
