About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Oklahoma. I have been providing individual and family therapy since 2016. I earned my Master of Education degree in School Counseling through the University of Central Oklahoma, and was elementary school counselor for 3 years prior to transitioning to outpatient therapy. Therapy services include but are not limited to: coping with stress and anxiety, anger, depression, grief, poor self-esteem, divorce, interpersonal relationships, effective communication, and family functioning.

I enjoy working with clients in a safe, non-judgmental environment to support them in finding a path to success and happiness. My therapy design focuses each client's unique experiences and challenges in life. I believe that the key to successful treatment is a trusting, collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. I practice person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy.
