I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. My goal is to collaborate with you to help achieve your life goals. I have worked with teens, adults, couples as well as struggling parents. I use a variety of modalities to ensure your care is highly individualized. These modalities include, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, Psychoanalytic therapy as well as Mindfulness. Over the past 15 years I have made it my mission to bring hope and healing to families and individuals experiencing various life challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, parenting as well as marriage struggles. While I'm not a Christian therapist per se, I do feel that each individual has a need to examine their spiritual beliefs to grow and heal in this journey called life. I believe we must nourish and examine our mind, body and souls in order to truly achieve peace and wholeness.
With a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston, I have worked with clients in non-profit, private-practice and educational settings, and I have also have served on various boards within the Houston area to help promote mental wellness.

I'm a pastors wife and a mother of two teens. I enjoy a good laugh, a cup of coffee with close friends and spending quality time with my dog, Peaches. I would be honored to sit with you in a non judgmental space and help you discover your God given strength and beauty.
