Hi there! My name is Casey Briglia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA, providing remote counseling services to teens, young adults, and caregivers. I support clients in feeling powerful in their own lives by elevating choice and control. So much of our own worlds are riddled with unknowns and uncertainties; I support clients in managing these anxieties one step at a time and by understanding the impact that our choices have on our lives and minds. I take a positive and strength-based approach to therapeutic relationships so that together we can find the right tools that fit your needs and your comfort level.
