Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a variety of experiences working with adults if all ages, and specialize working with young adults . I believe in a relational, strengths-based approach to therapy. I have a particular interest in working with stress management, anxiety, and life changes. Although I am certainly not limited to these areas of practice.

In the midst of the serious work of therapy, I seek to find hope, joy, and humor –and a renewed enthusiasm for life. I utilize mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, in addition to acceptance and commitment therapy. I also encourage clients to pursue a holistic approach to health, incorporating exercise, proper sleep and nutrition, nurturing relationships, and activities they enjoy. I approach all clients with a sense of openness, you are the expert in your own life.
