I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and have been working in the counseling field since 2002. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career challenges, family conflict, and complex trauma. My theoretical orientation is a holistic and diversified approach based on current research, best practice, and evidence-based treatment. I value integrating the total well-being of the individual in order to access the greatest potential for change and sense of purpose. I understand that individuals and their situations are unique, and my counseling methodology is responsive to the personal needs and learning style of the client.
