Hello, my name is Carrie. Are you looking to make significant changes in your life, but feel stuck or overwhelmed? I can help you overcome your struggles in a meaningful way. I use cognitive approaches as well as less structured methods like brainspotting to get to the root of your issues. We can work together to tackle your challenges and improve your life. I'm a California native who earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University in Portland, OR. I've worked in various settings, including out-patient clinics, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, and private practice. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, running, cycling, hiking, and kayaking.
