I place a top priority in creating a nonjudgemental and safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. We will work together to find the root causes of whatever may be keeping you stuck. I love helping people to find solutions and live their best life. Sometimes we have to look in the past to help make sense of what is happening now. Each individual is unique and understanding your experience is very important to me. I am originally from California, but now live in South Carolina with my husband, our two children, and our dog Mimi. I am not available to take international clients.
