Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions or simply trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life I'm confident and I can provide support. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused, Systems Theory and Person-Centered. I particularly enjoy working with women and their unique needs whether it be parenting, relational, job-related concerns, post-partum, faith/spirituality and many more. I do utilize faith-based counseling when requested to combine mind, body, and spirit in the therapy process. If you are struggling with your faith, therapy is a great place to explore those concerns.
