I am Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation, licensed to practice in Tennessee. My current practice focuses on treating trauma and anxiety, and I work with a variety of ages, backgrounds, etc. My therapy style operates from a person-centered approach, and while I do like to utilize techniques from various modalities, I enjoy EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness based techniques the most. I am a big believer in learning to calm the nervous system and panic response, and find that I am successful in helping clients develop this ability. I have 10 years experience in working in mental health, and around 8 years experience in working with clients who have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with clients who wish to further their personal journey of growth toward living a better life. I look forward to working with you!
Please note I can ONLY see clients in the state of TN (meaning the client must also be in the state of TN while we are in communication). I currently only have late evening appointments available.
