Making the decision to seek support takes great courage and strength. The demands of life, especially in this current age can often be too much for one person to manage. YOU are the narrator of your story and it is my honor to help guide you to be the best possible version of yourself. Over the past 11 years I have worked with clients dealing with chronic illness, situational stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem & depression through CBT, systems theory and motivational interviewing. As a clinical social worker, I will not only focus on the issues you are facing currently, but also all the other systems that make you who you are; your family of origin, upbringing, faith, values, daily stressors etc.
My areas of expertise center around women between the ages of 18 and 35, dealing with life adjustment issues: career, family, marriage, self esteem, children etc. I also have experience working with couples looking to improve communication, conflict resolution and intimacy in relationships.
