What should your client know about you? I am a Licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD), a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am passionate about helping people live healthy, flourishing, and wholesome lives. I am intentional about finding, identifying, and addressing the root cause of current emotional distress, unresolved traumas, and negative belief systems which disrupt our lives. As such, integrating the physical /mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of our lives is a crucial part of my work. What is your approach to therapy? I integrate the modalities of Naturopathic medicine with mental health; using a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, MEMI, Mindfulness practices. Motivational Interviewing, Acupuncture, Botanical Medicine, Diet/lifestyle training & Homeopathy to restore the beauty of wholeness. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Expect to get well. It is not the healthy who need a doctor but the sick (Matthew 9:12). With this in mind, it is also my wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health, even as your soul (mental/emotional life) prospers (3 John: 2). I credit my faith in Jesus to do this work. I depend on and use Biblical wisdom to access clarity, understanding, and knowledge on how to interact with my clients/clients/people exquisitely so that they benefit in the end.
