My name is Carolyn Levitan, LCSW, and I have been working as a therapist since 2005. I have a high level of expertise working with people experiencing a spectrum of emotions spanning from daily stress, emotional crises and even suicidal thoughts brought on by life stressors and events.

I specialize in working with young adults, namely ages 18-35 and utilize many Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused approaches.

Therapy does not need to be scary nor dull. My clients would say I come across as competent and compassionate. No one deserves to do life alone. I look forward to being on your team and tackling things together one step at a time.

As an aside, my cat Romeo likes to 'participate' in video sessions now and again. I can't say he has much in the way of expertise or skill, but he is cute.
