You know you and something isn’t right. You’ve tried to manage on your own and feel frustrated that your strategies aren’t working and things aren’t improving. Therapy is here to support you on your journey.
My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, supportive and collaborative to empower you to remove obstacles in the way of accomplishing your goals. Let’s work together to identify beliefs and behaviors that aren’t serving your needs now and learn more effective approaches so you can move forward.
I use brief solution-focused modalities including MI, CBT, DBT and ACT. We will work together to define your goals and develop a plan to accomplish them. My clients usually see results in four to six sessions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NM and CO); Certified Social Worker in Healthcare and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (NM). I have been practicing social work and therapy for over 20 years in private practice, medical and psychiatric settings. I’m experienced with adult individuals, couples and families.
