Hi! I am a licensed psychotherapist in CT and CA for over 25 years. I am a mindfulness teacher and energy healer. I have lived in NYC, DC and CA. I reside on the East Coast. I help people with emotional and cultural issues, mood disorders, depression, life purpose and anxiety. I use a variety of holistic approaches combined with traditional therapy. I worked on Wall Street for an EAP and also have created work stress groups, mindfulness groups and how to find your purpose group. I am very spiritual but not religious.
