I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana, and I have 8 years of professional experience working as a Professional School Counselor. I have worked in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

My therapy style is warm and supportive. I believe that the therapeutic relationship begins with respect, open-mindedness, and being free of judgment. I also believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I work from a Solution-Focused approach and know that you already have to tools you need within you to overcome adversity. I am honored to be able to help clients find those tools within themselves and apply it to their circumstances.
