I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee with 6 years of professional experience. I have worked with clients with a variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction/recovery, grief, mood disorders, relationship issues, abuse & trauma. As the therapeutic relationship has a high correlation with the efficacy of psychotherapy, I aim to create an open and safe space for clients to share their experiences and truth freely, and without judgment. My approach tends to be eclectic and collaborative as I strongly believe that you are the expert of your story and, therefore, possess many inner resources that will assist you in your journey towards healing and wholeness.
