As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and anxiety, and depression. I work together with my patients to create meaningful changes in their lives. I offer science-backed individual and couples treatments to help you regain control in your life. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to therapy is doing what works! For me, that means looking to science to use approaches that have research support behind them. I am trained in several treatments for PTSD and BPD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as other effective treatments for anxiety, depression, and panic. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is to create a warm, safe space for you to learn and grow towards your ideal version of you! I believe that therapy doesn't have to be serious and heavy all the time - humor and light has a place in our sessions. As your teammate, I will be right there in the trenches with you, encouraging you and motivating you the whole way through.
