Welcome to Find A Therapist!

My name is Carolina Dent. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have 10 years of experience working in many different settings with all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds through telehealth and in the community. I help people to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, meet challenges, and thrive. During sessions, you can expect compassion and understanding, as well as no judgement. It is my goal to provide a safe space that is gentle, collaborative, and direct where you can feel supported, understood, and heard, in order to help you better understand and find a solution to current or long-standing challenges. I customize my treatment to meet the needs and goals of the individual. I know it can be difficult at times to reach out for help and to share your life situations with a stranger. I am here to help. I don't have a magic wand, but I can help you see the magic that is within you.
