I have more than 17 years of experience working with individual adults and couples to address a variety of behavioral and relationship issues, and challenging life experiences. I use a number of therapeutic modalities depending on the issue clients come to therapy for, from cognitive behavioral to humanistic. I have spent my career helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, infidelity, substance abuse, compulsive overeating and so much more.

The common feedback I consistently get, from my clients, is that I actively listen with empathy and non-judgment. My clients tell me my kind, compassionate approach provides them a safe environment where they may work through some of the most sensitive personal experiences and feelings to make sense of them, which improves their overall quality of life.
