About

I am a licensed therapist in Texas with over 13 years of professional experience. I found my passion while on active duty while working as a counselor for my last 10 yrs of active duty. I have worked at three different psychiatric hospitals, worked in a private practice administering psychiatric testing for those who were seeking social security benefits. I have worked in outpatient mental health serving both children and adults. I have worked with veterans who served overseas protecting our country.

I can provide therapy services for anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, motivation, self-esteem, and trauma. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will work to tailor our sessions to meet your goals. It takes courage to seek out therapy and this is the first step to change the way you think, the way you feel, and the way act/believe. I am here to support and empower you in your journey.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two dogs, our very large extended family, reading, biking, camping, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors.
