Hello and welcome to my virtual practice. I am a licensed New York mental health professional with 45 years of clinical work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss, communication and emotion management. I use mindfulness approaches as well as CBT and other types of counseling to help us. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
