About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem and career struggles, as well as those struggling to overcome addictions. I believe the most important part of working with an individual is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with mutual respect as I work with my clients. I am always curious and seek first to know my client and understand why he or she is looking for help with a problem.

I initially started my career working with employees in a corporate setting with a MS in Industrial psychology. I developed a passion for helping individuals make positive changes in their lives and went back to school to become a licensed MFT. As my client I will help you develop goals for change and then to implement a plan to make positive changes in your life. I use a variety of tools such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Narrative therapy. I am a believer in the tenants of positive psychology as a means to help you make positive changes in your life.
