I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW) based in the State of Ohio. I have worked both in the Medical and Mental Health fields and have over 30 years experience. I specialize in people who suffer with Depression and Anxiety Disorders. I understand how deeply these conditions can effect the quality of a person's life. My approach is Client Centered and Solutions Focused. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Supportive, and Reality based therapies to help empower my clients to identify and manage their symptoms. I assist clients with self-esteem, self-empowerment, healthy boundary setting, and adjusting to life changing or altering situations. I empower my clients to deal with conflict issues and managing difficult situations or people. I strongly believe in an individual approach when working with clients.

I know how difficult it is to reach out for help and how vulnerable client's can feel when seeking assistance. My goal is provide a non-judgmental environment that you can trust where you feel safe and comfortable when discussing your issues.
