My background and experience combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho education, the expressive arts and psychodynamic therapy. I am licensed in Maine with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and possibly abuse; with building motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that are challenging to you, and I look forward to exploring your life with you.
I have experience supporting the individuals I work with to improve their relationships with individuals in their family and in their communities. I enjoy helping others to connect, evolve, expand their strengths and skills, and in developing their own unique life stories. I believe that you are capable of living a peaceful and fulfilling life.
