About

Thank you for considering me as your mental health counselor. These unusual times have increased various stressors in our lives. I am here to help you identify the source of these stressors and create a plan to move forward; developing healthy coping skills to improve your overall wellbeing. I have years of life and clinical experiences helping people address their depression and anxiety. I have worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse as well. I welcome working with you to address your unique challenges. I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment but pull from many different modalities as needed. I often use humor (and some sarcasm) during sessions. I hope to meet you soon.
