About

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Michigan with over twenty-five years of experience. I have been treating clients with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and sexual abuse issues. I have also worked with clients with autism, OCD, anti-social and borderline personality disorder.

My approach to therapy are mainly two fold, mainly psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral modalities. I find that through the relationship I have with my clients I can help them discover how their behavior affects those with whom they have personal relationships. I can also help them realize, through changing their thought process can change their lives for the better. I believe that all of my clients have the answers to a better life within themselves they just need a little help and guidance from me to find those answers.
