I have been working with individuals for years before it became a career. I value authenticity and creating a judgement free space where clients feel safe to be themselves. My therapeutic approach is best suited for individuals who are ready for change or at very minimum are willing to try.

I help my clients learn to manage communication issues, family conflict, life transitions, marital issues, depression, anxiety, fear, grief and loss. My Solution Focused, Cognitive and Person Centered methods enable my clients to identify how they feel, what they want and create an effective plan to create the change they want to see in themselves.
