I am glad you have chosen to seek support. I have been a practicing therapist since 2008 after recieving my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University.. I have specialized experience in several areas including Wellness Coaching, PTSD, Play Therapy as well as Mood Disorders. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance Therapy as well as Narrative Therapy.
