Hi there! My name is Carlyn Mast and I am a white, cisgender woman who is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of PA. My therapeutic process is rooted in anti-oppression, harm reduction, and empathy.

I have 6+ years working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are coping with a wide range of issues. I specialize in working with pregnant and parenting individuals who are navigating the transition into parenthood. I firmly believe that the postpartum period never ends and that the adjustment to parenting is an ongoing process. Holding space and supporting new parents and caregivers in this journey is my life's work.

In addition to being a therapist with Find A Therapist, I am a full time Behavioral Health Consultant, where I work with clients in a primary care clinic to address emotional and physical health goals. I am available for phone or video sessions Monday-Wendnesday evenings from 8PM-9:30PM. While I respond to messages throughout the week, I appreciate your patience as I may be working with other individuals or attending to personal and professional obligations. When I am not working you can find me in my garden, exploring nature with my son, hiking, and listening to music.
