I have worked in individual, group, and clinic settings in the education, mental health, and non-profit fields. Much of my experience has been working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, and family challenges. Additionally, a lot of my time has been working with teens and young adults on coping with stress, time management, and life changes. My counseling style is warm and empathetic. The most important thing to me is that individuals feel comfortable and respected. My approach includes solution focused, goal based, and client centered. But mostly, I am here to individualize your treatment and work with you how you see best. My goal is to help my clients be the best version of themselves and live the best life that is authentic to them.
