I’m Dr. Carly Hunt, a licensed psychologist offering counseling, consulting and sport psychological services to adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping people reduce stress and anxiety, adjust to new life circumstances, improve athletic performance, cope with chronic health conditions, and improve overall well-being. I’m based in Maryland, and I’m licensed to provide telepsychology services to individuals located in most states and the District of Columbia due to PSYPACT legislation. In addition to telepsychology services, I offer walk-and-talk therapy in Catonsville, MD.
