I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who has over 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. I have worked in a private practice setting, community mental health, and residential settings. I work from a client centered approach in order to meet the individual where they are at. It is important for me to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for people to explore the things they are struggling most with in their lives. My goal is to walk through this journey with you in order to help you achieve your goals in therapy.

I treat each and every person with respect, dignity, and compassion. Starting therapy can be overwhelming and I am here to support you as you begin to explore yourself. There is not a one stop approach for everyone, and since each person is different it is important that therapy be tailored to the individual needs of the person.
