I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and 4 years proving substance abuse counseling. I have provided services to clients from all walks of life and many different obstacles including substance use, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, self love and motivation. I also have helped men and women with transitioning from incarceration back to living in the public community.

My counseling style was adopted on versatility, because one size does not fit all when helping others. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and sincere compassion, and I feel that labels box people in and hinders growth. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, rational-emotive, motivational interviewing, client centered and solution focused counseling. Your treatment will only be as effective as I personalize your obstacles, how we approach your obstacles, create your treatment plan, and set measurable goals.
