About

I am a LCSW therapist with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings including a criminal court, a victim services organization, a head start program, school settings, hospitals, an out-patient medical setting, and out-patient behavioral health clinics. I have practiced in New York, Maryland, Washington DC, and Arizona, where I now reside. My experience has included working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD and other trauma related disorders, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I am trained in EMDR therapy and TF-CBT.

My approach to the counseling relationship is client centered and solution focused. I want my clients to feel in control of the focus of our work together and comfortable with the pace at which we delve into topics/concerns. Most of all, my goal is for my clients to feel supported and understood.
