I am Carla Jack, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an NCC certification. As a therapist, I engage my clients by first building a strong therapeutic alliance where you the client feel comfortable, and trust the process. I am a CBT therapist who also completed training from the Beck Institute. As such we will work together to analyze faulty thoughts, feelings and behaviors in regards to your presenting life situations. My commitment is to support you through this process to realize your fullest potential based on the goals you decided that are important to you.
