I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing or anticipating difficult life transitions, such as the loss of a loved one or pet, traumatic changes in employment status, relationship issues, illness, incarceration, and similar situations. Change is inevitable and adjusting is certainly not easy. Positive change can even be stressful. But the good news is that you do not have to go through it alone. I specialize in working with adults experiencing or anticipating life transitions and who are battling with depression, anxiety, stress, loss of self-esteem, burnout and just feeling stuck.

I have six years experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds diagnosed with various mental health disorders. Since no two clients are the same, I offer individualized therapeutic services to address the needs of clients in an empathetic and safe space and utilize different theoretical orientations and incorporate humor when appropriate.
