About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional who has more than twenty years of clinical experience providing services to clients of all ages and cultures. I utilize cognitive-behavioral and short-term solution-focused interventions in providing therapy, consultation, support, crisis management, case management, and wellness presentations. Most importantly, I enjoy helping you to be your very best and authentic self. I especially enjoy providing therapy to couples and families. I currently reside in Southern California with my husband and two dogs, Peanut and Butter. My husband and I are proud of our blended family of eight adult children and nine grandchildren. I absolutely love spending time with my grandchildren. When I am not with them, I participate in church activities, reading, watching television, and sleeping.
