I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been providing therapy for individuals, families, and groups for over 6 years. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, ADHD, college issues, self-esteem, body image issues, and life transitions. My approach in working with individuals is one that is solution-focused, client-centered and collaborative. I believe this approach provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for us to work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I recently had a baby and am loving being a mama. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, and being outdoors.
