I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have worked in a variety of settings such as in a residential substance use treatment center, with inmates in jail, with children and families in a county clinic setting, and with couples, individuals, and youth in the telehealth setting. My approach is to meet the individual where he or she is at. I look at the current needs without judgement or preconceived ideas. I use an eclectic approach to fit the needs of the client since everyone have different needs and responds to different treatment modalities. I am trained in trauma focused therapy to help those who have experienced trauma in their lives and may have a diagnosis of PTSD.
